Terms of service

These terms cover your use of usehour.com and the Hour waiting list. The site is run by Feynman OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The waiting list

Joining the waiting list does not create an account, a contract for the Hour service, or a guarantee of access. We are opening access gradually and decide who to invite and when. You can leave the list at any time by writing to us.

The service

Hour will let an employer see how a candidate works with AI tools by recording one hour of real work. The service is not yet open. When we invite your team, we will send the terms that apply to using it, and those will replace the relevant parts of this page.

What you agree to

• Give us a real email address that you are allowed to use.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not copy or reuse the content of the site without asking us first.

What we own

The site, its design, its words and the Hour name and mark belong to Feynman OÜ. Third-party names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are shown only to say which tools Hour works with.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, Feynman OÜ is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says.

Privacy

What we do with your data is set out in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Estonia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
